After having lunch by the poolside, April and Henry promptly returned to the penthouse. Now that they knew they shared a building with the Van Heerdens, it was extremely doubtful that they would be spending much time in the public areas. The mere thought of running into them again was most unwelcome, but very likely inevitable. It made her question whether or not they should cut down their trip by a week. That would be the smart thing to do and she mentioned it to Henry as he closed the penthouse’s door behind them. “Are you sure?” he asked her doubtfully. “You were really looking forward to this trip.” “Well, we’ve been compromised,” April shrugged. “If either Raven or Demetrio knew about this, we already would’ve been gone. I feel like we’re taking a bigger risk the longer we stay here
