The moment Arthur was on the other side, the gargoyles positioned their heads, in the next second, they shot bullets at the beasts as they strived to retreat.
The gargoyles would shoot at anything in the near perimeter, therefore many beasts were shot due to the large numbers leaving no room for a quick escape.
"Are they the legendary monster gargoyles keepers?" Brennon couldn't help but ask.
"It looks like it." Arthur replied. This place was so famous and legendary with the tightest security.
It was alleged that no one could ever get near the castle without being shot. These gargoyles were the gate keepers for thousands of years now but it was a surprise that these two managed.
"But why did they let us go through?" Brennon asked once again.
