Third Person's POV
Braylen and Aubrie, still standing in the same spot, were feeling quite conflicted, especially with the revelation of a traitor in their midst.
Aubrie asked, "Where should we take Caroline?"
After a moment of contemplation, Braylen replied, "Take her to Serene Manor. It's the safest place with Russell."
Aubrie's brows furrowed, "By doing this, aren't we openly declaring our allegiance to Russell?"
"We have to choose between Denzel and Russell. With Russell now in control of the Madox family, it's unlikely that Denzel can make much of a difference. Besides, if it weren't for Russell bringing in Dr. Z, Caroline would have been lost," Braylen reasoned.
Aubrie nodded in agreement, "Alright! Should we discuss this with Abigail? She's coming back tomorrow."
