Russell's POV Myra was so frightened that she knelt down with a thud, her whole body trembling as she stammered, "Alpha Russell." I glanced at her indifferently and asked, "Why are you kneeling?" With her head bowed low, she pleaded tearfully, "Alpha Russell, I was wrong. Please spare me this once, I beg of you." My fingertips tapped the armrest of the wheelchair, and my voice, devoid of any warmth, echoed, "Since when did this start? Think carefully before you answer. I rather like my wife's suggestion." My words hung in the air like a verdict. The aura I exuded seemed to solidify the very air around us. Though my voice was soft, its icy tone sent shivers down one's spine. Myra was crying uncontrollably, tears streaming down her face as she explained, "It started three months ago.
