Marlene glanced at Zoey's belly, then quickly averted her gaze.
She was aware of Russell's condition. What was she expecting?
Zoey awkwardly tugged at the corners of her mouth and cleared her throat, "Caroline is expected to wake up in about a week."
Braylen and Aubrie finally understood why Russell had called them over.
