Russell's POV
Troy wheeled me out of the club as a light drizzle began to fall from the sky.
Instead of fetching an umbrella from the car, he had the doorman find one.
He opened the large black umbrella, helped me into the car, and then got in himself, starting the engine and pulling away.
The black Maybach headed towards Serene Manor.
Through the rearview mirror, Troy informed me, "Mr. Madox, there are four cars following us."
I instructed, "Head for the hilltop."
I sensed that these cars meant trouble and was already prepared to deal with the situation. The open space on the hilltop would give me more room to maneuver and handle the crisis.
Troy nodded, "Got it," and turned the steering wheel towards Hillside Road.
The car, having been modified for speed, quickly picked up pace.
