Episode 1 The Night We Met
The bar was alive that night, pulsing with music, laughter, and clinking glasses. Aria had come reluctantly, dragged by a friend who insisted she needed to “loosen up.” She wasn’t one for crowded clubs, preferring quiet spaces where her thoughts weren’t drowned out by bass-heavy beats. But fate has a way of leading us to the places we’re meant to be.
Across the room, Ethan leaned casually against the counter, pretending to listen to his friends but feeling oddly out of place. He had been here countless times before, yet something about tonight felt different like the air itself carried a secret waiting to unfold.
Aria excused herself from her group, heading toward the bar for a drink. Their eyes met in the glow of neon lights her hesitant, his curiosity. For a moment, the noise dimmed. It was just the two of them in that crowded room, locked in a quiet recognition neither could explain.
“Rough night?” Ethan asked, offering the faintest smile.
“Something like that,” Aria replied, her lips curving despite herself.
And just like that, conversation flowed, natural and effortless, as though they weren’t strangers at all but two souls who had been searching for each other without knowing it.
That night, the world outside the bar didn’t matter. What began as a chance soon felt like destiny.
