Chapter Eleven

*Blaines POV*

I woke groggy the next morning, my body ached from the previous nights activities. I glanced down at Faye who laid tangled around my body. I brushed her hair back to expose the spot in which she wore my mark. My heart pounded loud in my chest, last night things happened super fast and I fear she will wake up regreting moving so fast. I worried she would despise me for marking her too. Shaking the thoughts from my head I very carfully removed myself from under her and headed to take a shower. I stopped about half way to the bathroom and looked around.

Everything was brighter, or vibrant and I could see more details than normal. Like every speck of dust that floated in the room. I could smell something too. I focused on the scent only to realize it was the destictive smell of my favorite restruant in Toccoa, Brother Johns Subs. However I knew the restruant is located about a 45 minute drive from me. There should be no way I can smell that far off. Then a sound caught my attention I could hear Leon crying out from his cell I had placed him in. The cell was 10 miles north of here as I didnt want Faye to freak out waking up with him so close to her. However I could hear him as if he was right here in the room or at least the house with me. I turned looking at Faye who now sat awake staring at me.

"You are experiencing it too?" I asked due to the look on her face

"I can see hear and smell better than I could last night" She mumbled

"It is because of the mate bond." The words came from Fayes lips but I could tell Athena was at the surfice too. Her voice was a deeper tone slightly than that of fayes as well.

"Good morning Athena" I smiled "What do you mean because of the mating bond"

"The moongoddess had told me that Faye will only reach her strongest self once she completes the mating bond. She couldnt do that if she lived in the past as she would never willingly give herself to anyone. I wasnt allowed to push her into completeing the bond but I was allowed to keep reminding her to stop letting the past control her. She had to determine when she was ready to fully mate with you. After she realized yalls connection last night, that I might add that the moongoddess did amp up yalls bond compared to those of others as she needed to mate before the birth of the pups or they could all be in danger. Once she realized the bond you shared and realized she did in fact want to mate with you, she then realized if she waited until yall got to know each other better it only risked more trying to take her." she stopped to breath

"Souls of those that are power hungry can since her and that she was unmarked. Therefore had she waited then there would have been several individuals trying to come take her for themselves. So she decided that there was no point in waiting and that is why she marked you. By the way she doesnt regret anything from last night so stop worrying."

I stared at her. "That explains why she has enhanced sences but why do I?

"Remember when we said last night whomever wears her mark will also be gifted beyong normal werewolf abilities. You will both be equal in all abilities aside from Fayes witch counterpart."

With that Fayes eyes returned bright green and her cheeks flushed from enbarrassment. I strolled to her kissing her passionatly before pulling away.

"I was so worried you would regret everything" I admitted

"I know I felt your worry and stress that is what caused me to wake up. I do not regret a single thing with you Blaine and I never will. We were fated to be together, literally made for each other. You have become my other half." She kissed me before jumping off the bed and heading into the bathroom.

I stared after her beautiful naked body as I heard the shower turn on.

"Are you gunna join me mr big bad wolf" she yelled toward me with a teasing tone. I growled out playful and rushed to join my mate.

I am so blessed to have found my mate, I thought to myself as I joined Faye in a shower hot enough to make the devil cry. She burst out laughing as I danced around trying to avoid the water. She stepped around and right up under the scolding hot water. I staired at her wondering what the hell I have gotten myself into. I smiled and her and laughed but refused to join her under the water until she dialed down the heat some. After pounting she complied and we took turns washing each others bodies and exploring them.

I traced the moon shaped scar on Fayes hip as I caught her lips with mine pushing her against the tile wall. She yelped at the sudden coldness on her back and I laughed when she glared at me. We made quick sweet shower love before we had to rush around to get ready for the meeting with Alpha Wayne.

"Alpha Wayne" I greeted standing from my seat behind my desk "Thank you for coming last minute to discuss the move of your pack."

"Thank you for having me. According to my mate you are wanting to go about this in an interesting manner." He smilled returning my hand shaking it firmly

We took our seats as I explained the counties within my territory I was willing to split from my territory to create a territoty for him to rule as Alpha. It is a great deal later as his pack was only of a few hundred and this will bring him in tens of thousands, that is if some do not wish to part ways completely to join other packs as I assume several will. This is an open chance for my pack to leave me with my approval and no hard feelings. I am sure several families will want to move to smaller packs, or travel up north. Wayne seemed hesitant on accepting my offer, as I am sure that it will be a big change for him.

"You do not have to choose right now" I assured him "Why dont we have the party tonight that will include one adult from each family in the entire territory. Get a feel of the people and tomorrow I will personally take you to tour the mentioned counties. There are many beautiful locations within that area and mountains too."

"Yes I would like that. I believe that Jolene will be out preparing for the gender reveal you appointed her for anyway" He laughed. "She is cooing in excitment and already buying loads of baby items. I appreciate you including her in this moment in your life" He addressed Faye who had stood silently by my side through the meeting.

"Of course, I am just thankful to have her in my life once more. I also want to thank you for being willing to uproot your pack so that I can have her here more permanently." She smiled "After all you are my step dad right"

We laughed at her expression knowing she was trying to lighten Waynes stressed mood. He was worried beyond belief about taking this on. I however have faith that he is strong enough to do this if he believes in himself. He nodded to Faye with a wide grin on his face.

"My biggest worry though Blaine is that I do not have an heir for the alpha title when I step down." Wayne admitted

"I assumed you were worried about that and I know someone of Alpha blood who is still young but I know is being raised well and if you and his father are okay with it he can be raised to lead your pack once he is 18. It will give you several more years to lead before that time comes." I stated and Faye looked at me confused.

I sighed meeting her eyes. "It is not my place to say." I told her earning me a glare but a stiff nod. I mindlinked them to bring Franklin to my office with the rest of his family too. As we waited the room fell in an uncomfortable silence causing me to shift around uncomfortably. I avoided Fayes gaze that I could feel boring into me. I knew she could since my uneasiness and stress, just as I could since her annoyance and slight anger. The anger only grew the more I avoided her, Rhett was pestering me about pissing her off that that we were gunna end up sleeping in the doghouse. I chuckled at his words sneeking a peek at Faye who was giving me a confused look as I was chuckling to myself.

As I was about to speak a knock came from the door causing us all to jump startled. I sighed relief flooding me as I knew she would soon understand why I couldnt be the one to tell her what she was about to learn. I yelled "come in" as I kept my eyes trained on Fayes for a few more seconds praying she doesnt get upset. Turning my attention to the people entering my office I felt Faye tense beside me. In came Lonnie, Renea, Franklin, and twin three year old girls Laura and Lacy. They all took a seat as Lonnie looked at Faye then me worry in his eyes.

"Thank you for joinging us" I said with a grin "This is Alpha Wayne who is considering taking over the northwestern part of the territory"

"Nice to meet you all" Wayne said smiling at them

"This is Lonnie, fayes father, His wife and your mates sister, Renea, and their three kids. Laura and Lacy who are three and Franklin who is nine." I said before glacing up to Faye whose eyes were wide as she processed the information.

"Your my aunt Renea" Faye said "Well I guess my step mom as well"

"Yes dear I am so glad to finally meet you" Renea said

"Your my aunt, he is my father, making them my half siblings s***h cousins" She whispered trying to process things to where they would register for her.

I took her hand to offer her comfort but her eyes never left the kids in the room. She went from being an only child with a father who hated her and a mother she thought was dead. Being abused and used as well. Now she is finding out that not only does she have a real father that wasnt the man who hurt her, but that her mom is alive as well. She is learning that she has me, her second chance mate, who will treat he like a queen and love her unconditionally. On top of it all she has now added to that she has three sibilings, I can only imagine how hard this is on her.

*Fayes POV*

I stood next to Blaine who squeezed my hand, I assume in an act of comfort, as I stared at the family in front of me. I have a brother I have a freaking brother! Not just that I also have twin sister who are absolutely adorable! I was overwhelmed but not in a bad way. I just couldnt seem to form words at the very moment all I could do was stare at them while everyone stared back at me, waiting for what I would say.

"Your my sister" Franklin said breaking the silence before I could. "The sister dad said we have but coudnt see because it could end up getting you hurt?" I blinked at him before turning to Lonnie.

"You told them about me?" I asked shocked

"Of course! It killed me that I couldnt see you, raise you as my own. I knew it was to protect you but it didnt make it any easier. I knew one day I would meet you and hopefully they would as well. I didnt want them to be taken by surprise and upset that I never told them. So I talked about you every year on your birthday, we would have cupcakes as we celebrated you from afar. I explained things to them the best way I could with them being young." Lonnie said looking between each of his kids.

"I am not mad. I am taken back a little as I didnt see this coming at all but I am far from mad" I managed to say. "I can not believe I have a brother and sisters! I want to get to know them, that is if they will let me in their lives. The girls will only be three near four by the time my pup is born, hopfully they will grow up close to each other." I smilled glacing to Blaine proud I didnt give away anything about the pup.

I noticed Blaine looked like a puppy who has been scolded for something. I smiled hoping to tell him I am not mad at him for not telling me sooner about the kids. Yes its irritating that he knows so much about my family that I dont, but I can see why he felt it best I heard it from my father. He nodded at me before turning to the others to explain the other reason they were called to this meeting.

"Lonnie, Wayne has no children besides that of his step daughter Faye. Meaning when it is time for him to step down he has no one to take the pack over. I would like it to stay in the family, and seeing as when you retired from Alpha up north you handed that to your nephew meaning Franklin can not take his place as Alpha there. I am asking if you would consider training Franklin starting once the packs are seperated to become Alpha once he is of age and Wayne is ready to step down." Blaine stated his voice all business.

"Wait what?" Lonnie said standing, But Franklin spoke up.

"The blood running through me is Alpha blood. I however as you stated will never have a pack to run on my own unless my dad agrees to this. I dream of being a leader one day, my soul calls me to it." Franklin said and I Immediately realized he was wise for his age. "Dad I want to train, to become a leader like you once were. Alpha wayne is my uncle through mom anyway so I am family too, I am the only blood male relative that can take his place without handing it out of the family."

"I think if it is what he wants honey we should listen to him" Renea said placing a calmin hand on Lonnies shoulder getting him to sit back down.

Lonnie sat down smilling proudly at Franklin. "I wasnt going to say no, I was going to say I wouldnt agree to this unless it is what Franklin himself wants. I guess now we all know it is."

Blaine nodded before sighing. "If Franklin is going to train to on day replace Wayne then you will have to join his pack."

"But Lonnie is your enforcer" I spoke up shocked

"I know and I am sure he will help Wayne a lot as his enforcer, that is if he accepts them in and they agree to go. I have several other strong men I can move to the position. I want my pack members happy and where they feel they belong. If this is what needs to be done to ensure that there is an Alpha in line, then I will gladly send my best man." Blaine smilled

"I love our home." Renea said queitly "But I think this will be good for us all. I will get to bond more with my sister again yet still be close enough to my brother who will still be here, as well as my niece." She smilled at me.

After everyone spoke their peace, it was determined that Lonnie and his family will join Waynes pack. Wayne felt more confident in taking the land over so he proudly agreed to have his pack right next to ours. It is highly uncommon for two pack to live with their borders touching, but since we are all family basically it will work well. Blaine got the approval from the counsel, which I learned his father is part of. We will indeed both be the largest packs even with dropping the larger counties full of humans and cities. Having two large packs instead of one huge pack will allow the packs to bond better and be more gatherings where everyone can come.

I left the office and headed to get ready for the gathering tonight, where we will announce the seperation of Blaines land and what counties will belong to who. Blaine will have Annette, his secretary, there to schedule a meeting for every family in both areas of the land. This will allow them to decide where they would like to reside, or if they would like to join another pack all together. Apparently the counsil reached out to several other packs to ask if there were any willing to take in anyone from either pack who didnt wish to stay with us. Those alphas would be on a conference call during the meetings so shall anyone want to join them then they can figure up how many to prepare for.

I was stepping out of the shower when I began to get super dizzy and my vision began to bury. I tried grabbing the wall to steady myself, though I slipped and fell face first. Blaine burst through the door in just enough time to catch me before my stomach or head could make impact with the floor. My vision went dark as I heard Blaine yell for help.
