The Scarred Shewolf

Chapter Nine

I nodded to Blaine who just voiced out loud to us all that he is indeed my mate. I sighed and walked over to him, his eyes widened in shock and I heard everyone breath catch. Blaine never moved a muscle as he faught to keep from touching me in fear I will freak out. I understand why they all believe I am a fragile mess, but it is really beginning to get on my last damn nerve. I do not want to be seen as a victim or as week anymore. My anger was beginning to get the best of me so Athena stepped forward in my mind keeping me locked away to calm down.

Blaine took a step back when he saw my eyes change from my bright green to an almost silver blue when Athena took contol. Worry all over his face.

"It is nice to meet you Alpha Blaine" Athena smiled "Faye is getting upset that everyone is walking on eggshells for her. She understands why, but it is bothering her more than it should. I blame the pregnancy hormones for that, but either way I pushed her back to calm her before she does something stupid that we would later regret"

Blaine visually relaxed as he smiled at us. "You must be her wolf. What is your name?" His sexy voice spoke again. God I wanted to climb him right then and there. Honestly that thought surprised me with everything I have been through, I never thought I would willingly give my body to anyone.

"My name is Athena." She purred looking up at him. "What is your wolves name"

"Rhett" Blaine beemed with a huge silly grin on his face

"Well mate I feel it is best If I tell Fayes story, well our story. She planned to tell everyone in here tonight however with her on edge I would like permission to do so myself."

Blaine nodded for her to contine and motioned for her to sit in his chair so that she could see everyone in front of us at once. She took a deep breath and lunged into everything that happened after I surrended myself to the men. How they kept my wolf form surpressed by dark magic, how they had many men take me how they wanted, to the dream with the moon goddess when I was unconcious. I sat not fighting her for control as I knew she could get through this without crying unlike myself.

"So you see the moongoddess said that she must accept her past and not let it control her or she will never come into her full strength and be able to protect our children. Apparently our pup right now is of royal bloodline though we do not understand how. Faye had every intention of getting everything out in the open and off her chest so that we can life our new life happily without that weight." Athena concluded looking around. Everyone stared at us and I sighed pushing back for control, which Athena easily gave to me

"What else was said by the moongoddess?" Blaine questioned.

I looked up at him standing beside me, I inhaled deep as his scent washed over me calming my nerves. Blaine instantly seen that I was me again and gave me a sweet smile.

"There is one thing Athena didnt mention, and as easily as she gave me control back I can only assume she wanted me to be the one to say it." I sighed "I am of alpha and beta blood, however I am also part witch a very strong part as well"

"We already know this hun" My mother spoke up for the first time.

I shook my head "There is something you dont know" I whispered standing up.

I found my mark from the moongoddess when in the shower earlier, so I felt showing it now would be the easiest way to explain to them. I locked eyes on Blaine who seemed to calm the storm within me. I slowly raised my dress up, Blaine growling out trying to stop me from showing anything with other men in the room. I held up my hand to stop him as I tried to calm him with the look in my eyes. After a moment he nodded and I continued to move my dress up to right above me hip on my left side.

I turned my body so everyone in the room could see the area I was about to expose. Once I was sure everyone could see I raised the lower part of my panties to expose an area of my hip that had been covered. Immediately I heard gasp from everyone as the crescent moon scar come into view. Unlike the scars on my face and body that are very faint but still there, this scar was prominent and very easy seen.

"Youre kissed by the goddess" My mother said

"The chosen one" Blaine said at the same time.

I locked eyes on Blaines beautiful Chocolate eyes and said nothing but giving a nod. I fixed my close back down and returned to my seat I had been sitting in.

"She warned me that this mark will make me a target, and that someone men of hire rankings can scent it on me. This makes them want me to gain more power, for the one who I mark and I wear their mark will gain power, strength, and title that others want. I worry that your people will be in danger if I stay here" I stared at the floor scared to look up.

In an instant Blaine was kneeling before me, my hands in his. He stared into my eyes, I swear he was looking into my soul by the look he shared with me.

"Faye you may not know me, you may not trust me which I can understand. I am praying I can win you love and trust over time though I will never push you. However I can not ever leave your side, you have become my other half. I sat beside you every chance I could as you slept, you scent calming myself and Rhett. Just having you here has made me a better man, leader, and friend" He said glancing at the men in the room who hadnt said a word before looking back at me.

"My men are trained to protect, and though we have a lot of land I have a lot of warriors. You will be safe here as will they be too. No one will ever get to again as long as I am alive. I want to raise this pup with you as my own. I want to mark you but not for whatever I may gain but because the moment I laid my eyes on my my heart exploded with a love I have never experienced before. You are my mate, My life, and I will never stop trying to win you over to me in your own time that is. Faye just know I will never force you to do anything you do not want to do, but I will go ahead and say that I am in love with you no matter your history. No matter the scars, no matter the threats, the unknown, anything I love you and nothing will change that for me. I know it is to early to be declaring my love for you, but I want you to understand just how much you mean to me. I also feel like after everything youve been through in life that hearing those words might help you. I am sorry if I crossed a line."

Blaine had rushed out his confession of love for me. My heart felt like it would explode. Blaine frowned and tried to pull away from me, worry etched in his face that he pushed me to far with his confession. It was a lot and very soon indeed but I can not lie to myself the pull I feel toward him. The love swimming in my own heart for the man in front of me. He is willing to declare his love in front of all the people in the room and as an alpha no less. He showed his weakness, his soft side, around them when he is supposed to always remain level headed and strong in front of everyone. I smilled at him refusing to let go of his hand, his eyes immediately jerked to mine.

"Blaine I do not know nothing about you other than you are the alpha of the largest pack in the United States. I know that the man who is never supposed to seem weak just got on his knees and declared his love for me. Love, something I havent experianced in five years." I glanced to my mom and gave her a smile to say I dont blame her. "I know that the moongoddess said she blessed me with you, and that when I wake those around me will love me and protect us at all cost. You are my second chance fated mate, you do not have to win me over. I already feel the love I have for you burning in my chest begging for me to let it out. I can not and will not let my past keep me from living this blessed life the goddess has given me. I may have my moments, but I am ready for the life I deserve." I smilled down at him. Tears streamed down his cheeks as my eyes burned with tears too. "I am thankful to have a man willing to not only take in a damaged,scarred, shewolf but to also take my pup as your own as well. Blaine I accept your love if you will except mine."

I stared into his eyes waiting for him to move or to say anything. After a long moment of silence I had had enough and leand down to him softly pressing my lips to his. He jumped in surprise at my action but quickly stood up grabbing me with him deepening our kiss. Thankful for wolf strength Blaine lifted me up spinning me in a circle as he broke the kiss to laugh. The laugh was of pure joy and happiness unlike anything I have ever heard, music to my ears.

"Faye" Blaine said putting me back on my feet. "You just made me the happiest wolf alive"

He pecked me quickly before sitting down pulling me into his lap. I didnt fight him as I enjoyed the electricity and warmth his touch brought me. My lips still tingled from the kiss we had just shared. I couldnt help the smile that formed on my face. We looked to those who had just witnessed probably the sappiest declaration of love they had ever seen, yet all of them had nothing but love for us in their eyes. I sighed, finally a home, a safe loving home, I thought to myself.

I looked at my mother then to my father and smilled. "Mom, dad" I addressed them. Lonnies eyes instantly filled with tears and my calling him that. "I do not blame either of you for my past, so I ask that neither of you blame yourselves either. I want to start now and never think of the past again. I want us to bond, to love, to grow and to all be here for this pup when they come."

"I would love nothing more than that" Lonnie said trying to fight the tears threatening to fall

"I would love it too, this is why" she turned her attention to Blaine "I asked my mate to move his pack here to neighboring lands so that I can be here with Faye and my grandbaby. He agreed and was instantly approved by counsel. All we need is your approval and a location you feel will be good for us.

"That is an excellent idea!" Blaine smilled big. "Infact I have a wonderful idea. How about he and I turn the largest pack into the two largest packs in the states?"

We all looked at him confused. "My lands are huge and its often nearly impossible for one alpha to care for such a large pack with us being so spread out. Even cutting that lands in half the two packs would still be larger than any other pack out there. I had thought about asking lonnie to step back up as alpha and to take over half the land. However this works well too."

"I will call him now and ask him if that is something he may be interested in doing. How will you choose who in your pack joins our pack? My mother asked

"Simple I will take the southeastern part of my lands, and he can have the northwestern side. I will have the counties as followed Stephens, Franklin, Hart, Elberton, Madison, Jackson and Clark. You will take on Banks, Hall, Rabun, Habersham, White, Towns, and Union. I am releasing the other parts of the territory as they are becoming over ran with humans and pose a risk to us being discovered."

My mother nodded and exited the office. I looked at the other men in the room, there were a few more than I had originally requested but I knew they were the innercirlce and needed to know everything. As I looked over them I felt Blaines gaze on me.

"Since everything went down I have moved a few men around the territory to change up some of my innercirlce and give some a break who have been doing this for years." Blaine stated "You know your uncle Howard and your father Lonnie. Howard is My head Warrior now and trains those who are becoming warriors. Well he trains the this half of the territoty anyway. Lonnie is my enforcer, so like my head gaurd and warrior that does the most hand on hand combat with intruders. This here is Luke" He gestered to a tall bulky man who nodded my way at his name "He is my head of security now and will be with us no matter where we go. This is Luca" He pointed to a young looking boy who was built but not like the others "He is son of my current Beta Raiff, when Howard asked to become a head warrior I asked his brother, Yes another uncle, to step up as he is next in line and that of beta blood." An older gentleman about 45 stood up beside Luca I figured he was Raiff.

"Luca is your cousin, and you have several other family members within the territory that you will meet over time. The lady in the corner is Hannah she is your head of security for you if you go anywhere without me. She is your age and has been training to be a warrior since 13 and her wolf showed up. I felt like you may prefer a female after everything and seeing she is Lucas mate I hoped she would accept the offer. She did obviously and has been super excited to meet you. And lastly the little short man over there is one of our pack Drs. Dr. Calvin has been the man who has been taking care of you and your pup."

I looked at the older man. He looked sweet like a gentle grandpa who loved his kids, which we all are to him. I smilled at him as he did at me. "Do you know anything about my pup I dont then?" I asked Blaine

"No luna" The Dr spoke before Blaine could. "He specifically told me not to tell him anything other than if you and the pup is okay. He didnt want to upset you by knowing more about your pup than you do when you woke up."

I jerked around to look Blaine in the eyes. He is a very thoughful man that is for sure. "Thank you" I said kissing his cheek. "How long was I out Dr?" I asked turning back to Calvin.

"Three days give or take a few hours" He stated, my eyes widdening

"But my stomach is trippled in size! I was sure it has been months." I said surprised

"No ma'am just the three days. Your pup is growing at an abnormal rate, which makes a little more since since it is of royal blood as you mentioned before, plus beta alpha and witch blood too."

He was making sure not to give away the gender or anything else about the pup inside of me and curiosity began to eat me alive.

"Dr. I know it is late however before you leave will you do an ultrasound for me so I can see my pup and learn of a gender. After all at this rate it is only a matter of time before the pup comes and I would like to have everything ready." I asked

"Yes Luna, I will go get things set up in your room and wait for your arrival." He bowed his head as he took his leave.

The rest of the meeting consisted of Blaine talking to the other about stepping up patrols and warriors since they now had the information I gave them from the moongoddess and my being kissed and all. My mother had returned to say that Wayne would join us tomorrow to work out details about seperating the pack before having a pack meeting somewhere that could hold the head of household only for each family as there isnt anywhere that could hold every pack member on the territory. Blaine said he was looking forward to a smaller territory so that he can bond with everyone and have events where all of his people could attend. We said our goodnights and everyone was dismissed until tomorrow afternoon since it was so late.

On the way back to my room I saw a clock that read 1am on it. I instantly felt bad for keeping everyone up so late. Blaine held my hand as we travelled quietly through the house until we reached the room in which I had been in when I woke up. Blaine opened the door allowing me to go in first.

"Please stay with me, you said you wanted to claim my pup as yours. You deserve to experiance this moment with me too" I said as I pulled my dress up to expose my stomach before laying on the bed. I could tell he wasnt sure if I wanted him to stay.

He instantly came to my side kissing my check. I felt my cheeks burn red as I blushed. We smilled at each other as Dr. Calvin began to put the gel on my stomach. He turned the screen so that we could see it as he moved the device around my stomach. I froze as I felt Blaine tense up too. There was three different outlines on the screen indicating I was not having a pup but triplets.

"Triplets!" I said my eyes wide in shock. The Dr just grinned.
