Richmond's POV I could see the pain in her eyes when she walked out of the room. But I can't help it. I can't call quits with Claire and risk losing the company when I'm not sure Cassidy is on my side. As I stand in the defendant's box, I feel a deep guilt eat through me. I haven't been kind to Cassidy. The feeling of righting my wrongs pricks my heart, but I can't do anything without her giving me the go-ahead. I want her, but I can't have her. It's painful.
