"With the current turn of events, I would like to terminate my contract with Calloway Group," The managing director of Handel Scaffolding says over the phone.
He is the seventeenth person calling to terminate his contract with Calloway Group. I press the cancel button in full-blown frustration. What do I do? This has gone way beyond my control. My personal life, finances and now the company?
How did I let things fall apart?
"Patrick?" I call, turning to Patrick who is still with me in my office.
"Yes, Sir?" He replies, stepping forward.
"Call your friend who works in MMM, I need to speak with him."
"Okay," Partick replies and starts trying to call his MMM agent. The dialer goes on and on but the person doesn't reply.
