💨 William POV💨
"Are you sure about this address thing? What if it's just a wrong detail? '' he asked, not wanting to keep his hope up.
"It's the real thing this time William, all we have to do is just to check the place out" his investigator said in return.
"Fine I will get permission to leave early and I will come to you, it better be real this time"
"It will" he said assuring him, William switched off his phone and turned to see Jessica behind him.
"What's wrong?"
"I just got good news Jessica, I have got to go," he said, running off without telling her anything.
💨 Sarah POV💨
"Like seriously Sarah, why do you always cause trouble? Linda asked as they all sat in Brad's car.
After the thing with Jessica, Brad had taken her to the school infirmary. The school doctor had sent her home so she could go get some rest for the day.
Cassie had stayed back while Brad offered to take her home, the only wrong thing he did was to call Linda and Sandra to come take care of her which was a terrible thing to do.
"You really can't do without causing a problem for us," Sandra added.
"That's enough! I didn't bring you along to shout or bother her" Brad said defending her and they both kept shut.
Brad has truly been helpful to her, he had taken her to see the doctor not leaving her side, he had agreed to take her home in his car and he had even defended her.
She found herself wondering why he is a bully? If he really had this caring side in him, she intends to find out she thought as she stared at him.
They got to the house and got out, Linda and Sandra were already climbing the stairs and Brad was helping her out.
"Isn't that William? it's really him" Linda said and immediately she and Sandra went to him.
Sarah turned to see him walking towards them and he was staring at her in a strange way.
He got to where they were and shaked off Sandra and Linda embrace.
"Tell me if you are damsel? " he asked and she stood shocked, staring at him. She felt her legs shaking and would have fallen if Brad hadn't held onto her.
"Answer me, are you my damsel? " he asked again.
