"Theresa...., call Aiden, tell him it's time to go . We do not want to be late to the Vegera's ..do we?" I heard grandma Gloria say to the maid as I walked down the stairs.
"I'm here already.... there's no need for that" I stated out loud.
"Took you long enough " grandma Gloria said in a low voice. " I thought I'd have to come drag you into the car.... You really need to start acting the way that you ought to " she added
" Im here now, that's all that matters " I replied as calmly as possible as I got to the ground floor. I had received an earful even after I got home last night from San Diego. I honestly cannot wait to move into my own house. I have decided that I am won't inform her until the day I intend to leave.
