NORA'S POV
I stood in front of the dressing mirror as I admired myself. I was back from all of my appointments and was dressed and ready for tonight.
I wore a sleeveless red dress that flowed all the way to the ground. It had a slit that went all the way up to my mid-thigh with the top of the dress accentuating my burst. I had been a little bit reluctant to get the dress because I felt it was bit too much and I definitely didn't want to draw any unnecessary attention to myself but Jade had made sure that I got it .
We had gone dress shopping together and she also got a dress for her date tonight.
" Mommy you look pretty" Duke blurted out behind me as I began to blush. I didn't even realize that he was standing there, watching me.
