The training ground was like a graveyard. Everyone stares silently. The broken pieces of Luciano's wooden blade laid between us on the ground. I stared at them, then at my dagger. Back and forth. My fingers were shaken. I didn't mean to do that. The wolves have stopped training around us and all eyes on us. On me. They had this uneasy look that no one has ever given me before. “Did I do that?” I asked in confusion. “I am so sorry,” I muttered, hoping I didn't hurt him. Luciano looked up. “For what?” I gestured towards the broken blade lying on the ground. “That didn't seem normal,” one of the wolves spoke up, before Luciano could say his next word. “That dagger shouldn't be enough to break the wood,” another said quietly.
