“Amanda, I don’t know what to do? I know on one hand it is a good thing that he has discharged my debt to him. However, on the other, I ache for him endlessly.” I pause and wonder if I should say it before sighing and finally telling her the truth. “I think I’m in love with him.” Hearing those words come out of my mouth is a death sentence, because loving a man like that is surely a recipe for disaster and I know it.
