"Sure, let's take a cab," Simon said gently. "Wait for me. I will let Katya know."
"Okay," Sonia said softly.
Simon walked over to Katya.
When Katya saw him with yet another pretty woman, she could not help feeling jealous. Moreover, she recognized the woman to be one of the women from yesterday.
When Simon got close, he told her, "Katya, I'm going to eat with my friend but she doesn't want to take the car. Why don't you go home first?"
Katya was upset but she knew that she could not show it. After all, her feelings were nothing more than a one-sided crush on Simon. So, she said, "Aren't you worried about the guys from yesterday coming back for revenge?"
"It's okay. I don't think they will, but I will watch out for them."
