Liam's point of view
Liam was perplexed by the Chief's request and it showed on his face. He wasn't sure he was hearing the right thing.
"Come again?" Prince Liam requested. he looked at Ethan who looked certain about what he was saying
"I want to be the next Duke of Saintfields" Ethan said very confidently. the prince couldn't believe what he was hearing. how could the chief want to be made duke that was utterly impossible.
"Are you joking" The prince laughed. He had to be joking
"No I am not your highness, I have never been more serious," Ethan said.
'there was no way the king would make Ethan duke' Liam thought. The only option was either he surrender the land or get killed.
