I left The condo to go pick up my mom. Keira decided to come with me, which I did not mind. If I was going to get yelled at, at least Keira being with me could help get my mom to stop.
“How do you think she is going to react?” Keira asked me.
“Knowing mom, she is going to be all smiles until we pull away, then the poor Janet will come out.” I said.
“That’s what I’m afraid of too.” Keira sighed and looked out the window.
“Let’s be positive, maybe being in the hospital did some good.” I said.
