Chapter TenAFTER THEIR DATE ON Friday, Whitney spent the night at Bruce’s house. She spent all day Saturday there, too. Same with Sunday. Met his mom when she came over to do some gardening and throw a pork roast in the oven. Meeting your new boyfriend’s mother is always a nerve-wracking experience, but it was good to have so much going on.
