Ava's P.O.V

Once I had gotten Lana settled into her room, I made my way back to mine and Cole's floor “How is she?” he asks, I look into his brown eyes that I love so much “It's Lana you know what she's like fearless, she's only staying with us because me and my dad practically begged her” I say laughing a bit “She's certainly strong Ava but I agree safety in numbers, what are we going to do about Faiban” he asks, my skin crawls at the mention of his name, the vile cretin yes fair enough he's never done anything personally to me, well yet but I truly hate the guy he gives me the creeps. “We don't need to do anything about him” I say “Lana said she could see his guilt that she was there and that he purposely broke up hers and Azakel's 'moment' as much as I don't want to admit it I think he helped us all tonight” I answer, but Cole doesn't seem so relaxed “What if he just wanted his dad out of the picture to capture you for himself and he's the one that's planning on using you?” he said, with a hint of jealousy to his voice “Ava you need to learn how your enemies are working against you, he may seem like an allies now but there could be a bigger plot to this” this time he sounded concerned “okay well we will get someone on that, keep tabs on him make sure there's no other vendetta” I say this more for him than me, In a weird way he helped tonight and I trust Lana if she saw guilt he didn't want any part of this but I agree with Cole I do need to learn my enemies better, including there biggest weaknesses.

For now I wrap my arms around Cole's neck and kiss him gently, his mouth moves in sync with mine before he deepens the kiss between us, we haven't been intimate since my vision at the lodge and I had missed his touch. His hand skims across my waist and I can feel tiny sparks and tingles from each delicate touch. Being this close to him again is getting me excited, I feel him pulling me closer to his chest before his hand lifts me up. I immediately wrap my legs around his waist, he trails kisses down my neck kissing and nipping at my mark. I decide to do the same to his and see if it has the same effect and from the deep low growl erupting from his chest it certainly does. He puts me down on our kitchen work tops and start tearing my clothes from my body, biting at my n*****s as he moves lower down my body he removes all my clothes.

He starts kissing me again and this time I deepen the kiss, pulling at his soft hair on his head before I pull his shirt away from him, he's stood in a pair of loose fitting shorts and to my satisfaction, there was nothing underneath. Usually we would tease each other or play but I just needed him right now and he knows it. He pushes into me and a loud moan escapes me, he runs his hands through my hair as he moves in an out of me I pull him deeper raking my nails through his back but I can't help it. I just need him so much right now and with every thrust I can feel my body trembling more and more as my climax starts to reach it's peak I feel myself tighten around him and ripples of pleasure flood through me.

He picks me up off the kitchen counter and moves me to our bed, flipping me over he starts pushing into me from behind holding my hair in a tight fist pulling it slightly. He slams into me harder and deeper, faster picking up his pace with each thrust he starts flicking at my c**t with his spare hand and I can feel myself tighten around him again, he just seems to keep growing the more excited I become the more he fills me. I pull away from him and push him down to the bed straddling over his lap, I pull him back into me and slowly move up and down his length enjoying every inch of him he starts to grope at my t**s and I grind my hips into him earning me a deep moan every time I push down harder onto him, he's hitting my spot again but I can wait this time I want to savour this moment for as long as possible, his hands skim to my hips and he starts to slowly bounce me up and down on his hardness pushing back in a little harder, jolts of excitement and electricity flood through me. Waves of passion just rippling through the air. I feel him spasm and as he does I climax again.  

Waking up in Cole's arms is now my favourite time of the day, I don't remember falling to sleep “good morning beautiful” he says stroking down my back and kissing my forehead “good morning” I say tilting my head up, I soflty place a kiss on his lips. “What training have you got planned for today?” he asks me “I'm training with my mom and after our conversation last night I want to learn more about my enemies” I say, giving him a big smile. I'm hoping my mom can teach me how to zone in on my enemies, so I can try and see what each has in store for me hopefully giving us the advantage. Me and Cole climb into the shower cleaning each other, he gently washes my hair whilst trailing kisses down my neck. I turn to face him and place a finger over his lips “you are going to have to wait, I have training to get to and my mom will kill me if I'm late” I say, we finish up in the shower and he dries my body off before helping me get dressed. I could get used to mornings like this one, even if I don't know how long I still have him for. It hurts my chest to think about it and it constricts my breathing every time I do. I push the feelings to the back of mind and make my way to clearing to meet up with my mom.

“Morning mom” I say sweetly, she embraces me in a warm hug “Ava I'm glad to see your here on time”she says with a smile. I blush as I know what she meant “Why did you decide to do my training in the clearing” I ask trying to avoid the awkwardness of her previous topic “the nature helps us zone in on our power, the same way it helps your fey powers control the elements” she says and taps the ground next to her. I sit down and smile, I'm really starting to appreciate the beauty of nature. We sit below a beautiful cherry blossom tree, “right Ava firstly I want to try and trigger a vision within you, for each of us there are different triggers.  

Once we have fount yours were going to use it each time, we will then start to zone into what your looking for in a vision this is actually easier than finding your trigger. Once you have those ability's I can then try and teach you how to shut a vision out” she says, I know which vision she means, It's played on repeat in my head since I first had it. I nod my head in understanding and we set to work in finding my trigger, first I think Cole, no not him. Then we try nature seems as I am after all part fey it should work, yet again it's a no “What was your trigger mom?” I ask, she looks down “it was my mom” she says. I try to concentrate on my mom but no it's not her either.

I try once more this time concentrating hard on my dad, the love I have for him. How we both are in mortal danger and both want to keep each other safe and just like that vision. I am stood in an empty room, there are big windows from floor to ceiling “I wouldn't think you would live somewhere so light and airy” I hear myself say “What because I'm the king of the demon world I should live in darkness, not really my style sweetheart” the voice says, I recognise that voice who is it? “So I did what you asked, I tracked him down it wasn't easy but he is locked in your dungeons what now?” he asks me “I will dispose of him for what he did, don't worry I have your bounty here” I hear myself say “Ava I don't want your money, Just your trust” he says, I looked hard at the person in front of me his hair was dark brown, his eyes grey and his skin lightly tanned. He was tall and broad “I don't trust anyone that isn't family, you should know this by now. take the money I won't owe you any favours” my voice sounds so cold to the point I had to really look and listen. I barely even look like myself any more either I wonder how far on into the future this vision is. Just then I breathe and I am back in the clearing “Mom it's dad he's my trigger” I say, she smiles “I should of known you have always been daddy's little girl, what was your vision about?” she asks, I explain my vision to my mom, we decide to finish my first lesson for the day.

I arrive at the pack house and it's quite busy today “dad” I shout running up to him, he picks me up and swings me around in the air “Ava, you hadn't forgot today is your mating ceremony and Cole's crowning ceremony have you?” he asks the seriousness in my dads face, I felt guilt soar through my body “Ava!” he says shocked “I'm sorry dad I've just been so busy with training and then with Lana going missing my heads like scrambled eggs” I say so quickly I become out of breath, my dad chuckles “I'm pulling your leg petal it's tomorrow though” he says with a smirk, I slap him on his shoulder “so not funny dad!” I say huffing at him. “Speaking of the future Alpha where is my mate?” I ask inquisitively, “ he's busy training too, I think he's in the far field if you want to go over and ogle” he says laughing, I roll my eyes at him but decide to go make him a sandwich to take over for him.

Walking to the training fields I pass through a small cover of tree's it feels so calm here, there is a little stream and birds chirping happily in the tree's over head I decide this will be my new training spot. I suddenly feel a dark presence behind me I turn quickly ready to fight to be faced with Faiban “what are you doing here?” I ask in a stern tone, his eyes slowly rake over me from head to toe and he smiles “Your welcome” he says, in a mocking tone “for what?” I spat at him “getting your friend back safely to you” he says still smirking, he's evidentially enjoying that he has me this worked up.

“oh yes thank you, but you didn't answer my question why are you here now?” I ask him impatiently, looking over him I notice his grey eyes shining slightly “I came to warn you, there is a traitor in your ranks she willingly helped me keep tabs on you for weeks and even helped me abduct Lana, I had my suspicions about her so I have been tailing her and I have seen her in bloodsuckers territory a few times now” he says, I scan him to see if he's telling me the truth or if this is some sort of way around me, but he is being honest with me “who is it?” I ask curiously my eyebrows furrowed, “her names Amiee, I don't know how much or if anything has been leaked about your powers so tread carefully” he says, “I should of known that b***h couldn't be trusted” before vanishing, I look around but I don't feel his presence any more why would he warn me about something like this? What does he have to gain from it.  

I quicken my pace to the training fields to tell Cole of my conversation, when I get there I felt myself trembling with anger to see some Aimee stroking Cole's shoulder. I march over and grab her hair “keep your hands to yourself or I'll rip them off and slap you with them” I spat at her in a tone so evil I barely recognise it. “I'm sorry Luna I was admiring your initials on Alpha's shoulder” she says, whilst I still have a hold of her hair “I bet you was” I say back in a mocking tone “well lucky for me your just the tramp I was looking for” I say, “Cole get your shirt on were going back to the pack house now!” I shout, he doesn't dare argue with me as he knows I'm pissed right now.

We get back to the pack house and I call to one of the guards to take Aimee to the interrogating room “what are you doing that for?” Cole asks confused “don't flatter yourself, I have had information that she's passing on information to the bloodsuckers, I was coming to tell you when I caught her stroking your shoulder” I say in a voice so cold I could of given all those around me frost bite, he looks at me and grabs my hand “you are the only woman I will ever love Ava and even though your scary sexy right now, I want you to know I have never and will never be interested in anyone else, especially not Aimee, I didn't want her then and I sure as hell don't want her now” he says gold flecks flashing in his eyes, I search him for a moment and he's speaking truthfully.  

I relax a bit until he asks where I got the information “a little birdie told me” I say sweetly planting a kiss on his cheek, I didn't want to lie to him, it is a bit hypercritical of me after all I had just flipped my lid over a girl touching his shoulder in front of everyone. Whilst I had a conversation privately in the woods with a demon, I did feel a slight bit of guilt but at the same time I could have been in danger of the vampires finding out my true powers, if he hadn't shown up to warn me, although I still don't completely understand why he's helping us.

We enter the interrogation room and Aimee looks scared “Aimee I see your a very busy girl, stroking my mate, conversing with demons and bloodsuckers alike, give me one reason why I shouldn't kill you right now” I say strangely calm, which seems to scare her more. She doesn't attempt to make eye contact nor does she deny it. “so you have nothing to say for yourself?” I ask, and she continues playing with her bracelet like it's more interesting than anything I have to say. I grab her bracelet and twist it tight around her wrist pulling with enough force to snap her wrist, the sound of her wrist cracking and her painful scream gives me joy I have never felt before “I'm going to ask you again, do you have anything to say for yourself” I say in an icy tone, she looks up to meet my eyes and even though I see pain in her eyes I no longer see fear, instead I see anger and resentment. 

That I can work with “Oh I get it, get me out the way and become this packs Luna was that the plan hey, thought you could charm your way into Cole's pants” I laugh loudly in her face “your pathetic do you know that, Cole isn't interested sweetie and he never was and never will be” I say venomously, I see flickers of anger as she clenches her teeth. Her eyes are going from black to brown constantly, I know I have riled her up now but I can't help but push her further. I walk towards her moving her hair from her ear “he feels amazing inside me, your truly missing out” I whisper quietly “you b***h, he was supposed to be mine and then you came along I have always been there watching him, helping him from a far I want you gone!” she spits, I get down to her eye level and smile “trust me you haven't seen anything yet, I can show you b***h!” I say nonchalantly. “Take her to the cells and keep her there I want guards inside and out” I order, within seconds she's cuffed in silver and injected with wolfs bane to weaken her and took to the cells.

“Now how do you expect to get your answers?” Cole asks me, “I fount my trigger today, I can now zone in on a vision so I will zone in on the bloodsuckers and find out what they know” I say shrugging, Cole looks at me shocked “You can do that?” he asks, I shrug again “I guess we will find out” I answer “If it doesn't work plan b your going to pretend to seduce her and get the information I need” I answer slowly, his head snaps right back at me “What? I don't think so” he says in a irritated voice, It's cute that he thinks I'm serious I can't help but laugh “That was for letting her stroke your shoulder” I say smirking, and slap his shoulder “I will just torture the b***h” I say coldly.  

I sit on the grass in the clearing with Cole nearby keeping guard, I relax my body and inhale with the wind blowing concentrating on what I want to see. I think of the head vampire not that I have met him yet but that is just semantics, I envision standing in front of him listening to him talk to his people. A vision comes to me I'm stood in a grand hall dark curtains hang around a big dining table, laying bare on the table is a girl maybe eighteen years old. An Older vampire is filling his glass from her wrists, she's still breathing and doesn't look scared. A door opens an in walks a man he is broad with jet black hair, a pale complexion and crimson eyes “father Aimee hasn't been by today” he says to the older man, the older man doesn't look alarmed “It's Okay Jayce, she annoys me anyway” he says uninterested, “what if her people have figured out she's been helping us” he asks, his father rolls his eyes “so what if they have, she won't spill where we are and even if she did I have this place hidden” his father says, his son ponders for a moment “how else will we get to Adrien? Aimee said he has a daughter but that she doesn't know what she is and that she seems to be a fey” Jayce says looking at his father a smirk crossing his lips “well there having a crowning ceremony tomorrow and I haven't been to one in such a long time, how about we take them by surprise” his father says, earning a smile from Jayce “Are you done with her? Can I take her to play with now, you know how I love a fresh virgin” he says.  

I take a deep breath and I am out of my vision, I start to panic looking for Cole before I feel his warm hands wrap around me “Are you okay? What did you see?” he asks, “we need to get back to the pack house. There going to attack tomorrow during the crowning ceremony” I shout whilst running fast in front. As we enter the pack house I start shouting for my dad in panic “Ava what is it?” panic now evident in his eyes as well “I forced a vision and there coming, the bloodsuckers there coming tomorrow during the crowning ceremony” I say so fast I go a bit light headed, Cole stands behind me holding me up “Don't worry Faith used to go light headed when she forced a vision too, I'm going to call an emergency meeting now and we will come up with a plan” my dad says.

I watch as my dad stands in front of the wolves and fey there are a lot of us now and I have faith in them all, “I have called you all here today because Ava has had a vision and it's been verified the bloodsuckers will be coming tomorrow night during the crowning ceremony, I have thought it through and I think we fake a crowning tomorrow to make them think our guard is down, the crowning will be in a couple of hours instead I know most of the preparations have already been done, it doesn't have to be perfect but we will make sure our new Alpha has his powers and that our Luna stays safe, Faith had a vision a while ago that when they come for me they will discover her” as he says this there is a lot of mumbling around the crowds. I can't take this there is no way I am going to run and hide whilst everyone fights to protect me.

I stand up and walk on stage standing next to my dad, he looks in my eyes and knows I won't accept this. “I'm sorry that this information was kept from you all, the situation is unique but so is this pack. We have Lycan's, wolfs, fey and of course Oracles. Were living as one big weird happy family all our packs have been united by me and Cole and we appreciate everything you have done for us, I will not run and hide whilst you all sacrifice your lives for me. No I will stand and fight! I will help protect each and every one of you” I say my voice full of authority and pride, cheers sound from the crowd, I look to my dad and he nods his head in appreciation. I can see both my dad and Cole are scared but they can't always protect me and I need to help my pack.

“Ava, do you really think you being on the battle field is a good idea?” Cole asks whilst were dressing in our formal wear for the coronation “look Cole I understand your worried they will take me, but I will not stand by and allow them to destroy our pack. I made an oath the same as you and regardless of what any of you think, I should or shouldn't do I stand by my decision, goddess knows I have had enough made for me” I say with a determined look on my face, Cole's eyes change to gold “I love you Ava, I just don't think I will survive if I loose you” he says, I can see the conflict he is battling in his head. “my mom is going to stay with the woman and children, that aren't able to battle. I will wear the same clothes as the fey so they don't know who I am” I say trying to convince him everything will be okay.

We walk into the clearing, the wolfs and fey are all gathered together and they look amazing together. Our dad's who are the current Alpha's are stood at the front waiting for us, as we make our way towards them, I mind link my dad “dad once the coronation is complete will you still be as powerful?” I ask, my dad he looks at me and smiles “petal the power already resides within us, the Alpha power doesn't get passed on, it's a gift from the moon goddess, I will be exactly the same as I already am” he says, relief washes over me and I feel confident again. “We are all gathered here to bare witness to the crowning of our new Alpha and Luna” loud cheers erupt from the crowds gathered. 

Athos walks towards Cole with a crown made of twigs, leaves and vines “I Athos pass my role as Alpha to my son Cole, do you Cole promise to care for your pack, to lead them with empathy, compassion and strength?” Asks Athos “I promise” says Cole. My father then walks forward with a crown woven with wild flowers “Do you Ava promise to rule alongside Cole as his Luna to support him and your pack? To help keep harmony and peace to all within it?” my dad asks “I promise” I say, me and Cole hold hands as my dad places his hand on my shoulder and Athos places his hand on Cole's shoulder “Your new Alpha and Luna” my dad announces, the wolfs howl and the fey blow wild flowers into the air.

After the coronation instead of partying as we would of done. Auntie Emilia, Lana, Brett my mom and dad, Joe, Athos, me and Cole all gather in the conference room to discuss strategies. My dad had been training me harder than usual for a while now he even cuffed me up with silver and told me to get out, I successfully managed it and I think it's a good job as I have a feeling in the pit of my stomach that I am going to be taken, the only issue we will face is any charms they put on my cell that can weaken my fey or Lycan, although I know I'm going to be taken I will still kill as many  blood suckers as I can first! “I personally feel it's within Ava's best interest, seems that she insists on fighting that she fights with us, if they think she's just another fey they won't try to take her” my Auntie Emilia announces, I smile towards her as she had the same idea as I had. 

My dad nods his head to us both “I still think you should be with me and the other women and children Ava” my mom says, sadness writhing in her eyes “I can't mom they will expect that, there will be wolf warrior woman hiding with you in case they come looking there for me” I say, my mom still looks upset but I can't just think of myself I have taken an oath to help protect this pack and I intend on up holding that. We spend a few hours going over our plans and where we are all going to be, when it all goes down and under no circumstances am I to use my Lycan power to bring suspicion to who I am, which is going to be difficult.
