“Hey there, how is Market Law’s new junior assistant ?” Seb greeted me as I walked into his office.
“She is great, she still can’t believe it !” I told him happily.
When I graduated I would be starting here and I was so excited about it.
“Max showed me my office, and he says I get to start as soon as exams are done because there is so much I can do before I officially get sworn in.”
“Congratulations, I didn’t have any doubt you would get it. Max said the competition was tough.” Seb complimented me and I was beaming.
My interview with Max had been so formal, even I thought I might blow to under his intense questioning.
“He said you were the best by far, I have to say I was hoping to see you best Brad, so it was a pity he withdrew.”
