I didn’t dare look at Seb, as I frantically thought of reasons he wouldn’t want to come the equivalent of a frat party. Totally not his scene.
“Sure I can take Geo, I have a flight to catch but my hotel is at the airport so if she can bear to be seen with me like this I’m game.” Seb answered before I could intervene.
I threw Patty a pleading look but she wasn’t even looking at me, and I clocked that she was looking a slightly pale shade of green again.
