While I had been dreading spending time with Kim and Marissa, Sienna had actually made a great buffer and so as a result everyone actually got on pretty well.
It maybe helped that Kim couldn’t do half the things because she was pregnant so we kept getting a break from her whining. I thought I might have been more upset spending time with her, now she was so obviously pregnant I wasn’t but it was slightly easier than I expected.
I still couldn’t help the bitter jealousy I felt when I saw her little bump, knowing mine would have been a simile size. I forced myself not to dwell on it. The Italians had a laid back approach to pregnant woman though, so she hardly got any special treatment and it made it easier to forget her.
