The events of last night kept me up all night. I couldn’t wrap my head all over the amount of blood and the huge fight I had witnessed. But it wasn’t just me who was affected by the series of events. Everybody else, too. The pack woke up to the smell of blood all over the air and the sight of debauchery in front of their lawns. The evidence of Elijah’s wild wolf was left behind for all of his people to see. Cain came to the scene before breakfast started in the great hall. He spoke with that formal and reassuring way of his that everything was fine. And it was all the work of some rogue wolves that had apparently been able to get inside the pack to steal and hunt for themselves. The people immediately believed their master’s second in command, but not me. Not when I saw everything.
