I shook my head at him. "No," I whispered more to myself than to him. "It can't be."
So far, I've been told that I was a watcher by not one but two men. There were only two options left now, the first one was that they were all in on it to make me suffer, and the second one . . . they were telling the truth.
I was going to deny it for as long as I could however. I would not believe either one of them until I saw it for myself.
I snapped my gaze back to him. "You're lying!"
