The love afair

Her Decision

    She was debating her options her mind wondered at the thought could this be real? She decided to put her phone to the side until she could make a clear decision with no hesitation. She then proceeded to get up and make herself something to eat as she watched a movie on Netflix she then awoke to an extremely loud knock at her door. She slowly stretched as if to think she had time to get to the door before another knock at the door a loud bang that sounded like a heavy first. She opened the door to see that the tall tan man with honey brown eyes and long dark hair was standing right in front of her. She couldn’t believe it. How could have found her? She had never told him anything about an address not even a name.

She finally heard a loud ringing it was her phone. She instantly awoke to find that it was just a dream. She really wanted that man. She immediately accepted his friends request. As she sat there in wait for a response from him after messaging him and saying hi she gave up and said she would go away. It took hours for him to respond but he did eventually he responded. She ran straight to the phone with excitement bat as she came closer to the phone she slowed. She was finally thinking everything through. What if he didn’t want her the way she wanted him? What if he didn’t feel the instant connection that she felt when he ran into her? Her mind kept spiraling out of control at her thoughts. All those years of abuse finally catching up to her.

She was terrified of loving a man but him not loving her back. He messaged her once more begging her not to go. She finally was able to clear her mind and slow her thoughts. She finally responded. Although she still was terrified she wanted this to work she wanted it to be true. She felt an instant connection with this man that she had never felt with anyone else. She started tell him everything. She felt free but loved at the same time. She talked to him like she was talking to her best friend like she had known him her life. How could their connection be so strong? They had just met. He called her and they continued to talk even agreed to meet the next day after he got off work.

The next day had finally came around and Brittney’s anxiety had just kicked in, she was meeting him today. She knew he was a single dad and his son was 5 years old and coming with him to meet her. That was no problem for her as she knew being a parent wasn’t easy by any means. What if his son didn’t like her though? What would she do then? She took a deep breath and kept telling herself everything would be ok. She had never meet a kid that didn’t instantly love her. At 5pm she had gotten a phone call it was him asking for an address she gave it to him. He would be there with in the next 30 minutes. Her heart starting beating rapidly as the thought of him coming over to see her and spend time with her kept running through her head. She jumped in the shower shaved her legs and washed her silky blonde hair. She looked at the clock and realized he would be there soon. She tossed on her clothes and couldn’t seem to keep herself under control. This was it he was here.

He pulled into the drive as she went out to meet him at his car there it was again that feeling of want and desire. How could anyone explain the connection other than being in love and not that fake kind of love that gose away after a few months it was TRUE LOVE.
