Outside of Phil and Nat canoodling in Chief Andrew’s conference room, the plane ride from Louisiana was smooth sailing. The warriors we brought were about half an hour behind us, so we all made the consensus that the administration would wait for everyone to land before all of Crescent Woods’ fighting forces, and our prisoners, could go home together. Because Jean-Marie was still ablaze, Justin and I worked out a deal with Claude-Dean and Vixy to where we’d be able to borrow Everfur Shadows’ jet if they could bring our cars up from Louisiana to do research.
From what I was able to ascertain back home, Lucas’ early escape back to Catamount Burrows’ den was going to be a problem as he had already started coalescing his assets into an early takeover of Phantom Grounds.
