A few minutes after Kenzie left, Hunter decided they, too, needed to get home. On their way home his mind kept going back to the way he found his brother just laying there, needles in him, almost near death. If he didn't give him some of his blood to drink, Carter would have never have died. The thought of that made Hunter all angry at Parker again. How could he have done this to his own brother, to his own family? Even if it wasn't him who gave the orders or who kidnapped Carter, he still played a part in it all. He was used as a distraction to keep Hunter from finding his family before the rogues attacked them. He could've come back the first chance he got, if not he could've warned them somehow.
