I had just finished interrogating the rogues we managed to capture—or rather, the ones we hunted down. Ever since the ambush on Snow, I had been relentless. Obsessive, even. That attack couldn’t be ignored, not when it put her life at risk. I needed answers. I needed to know who was behind it. But despite our efforts, the rogues we captured had nothing to do with it.
