Chapter 5
It had been about a month now since Jackson started the new assignment and things were definitely not taking a turn for the better. At this point, things had turned into a complete joke. Sometimes, Jackson would sit at her desk and laugh as she read the petty emails that came through in mass quantities in only a short period of time from Brenda, Kelly, and the needy and pacified office staff.
Her reporting manager, Brenda, was absolutely clueless nor cared about what the real issues were at her facility. There were so many broken processes that existed, but the primary focus, instead of pinpointing them and fixing them, were letting them continue and only focus on being the number one branch in the company by any means necessary.
