Chapter Eighteen “That's the man! The old fisherman exclaimed after carefully examining the picture of Jon Overman presented to him by Ralph Henry. Henry's hunch was right. Jon Overman had been the person that the old fisherman had spotted nosing around in the Wisner Drive channel where the Johnson woman's corpse was found. Henry couldn't prove anything yet. But this was a start. Now he was sure that Overman was involved in the string of murders. Henry just had to come up with some proof. Henry asked the old fisherman if he would be willing to write out a statement indicating what he had seen. The old fisherman would be happy to oblige. “Anything to do to help the authorities!” was the reply.
