In absolute horror, I watch as Emmet drops to the floor. I hear Mason shouting orders, I see the warriors trying to get a pulse, but nothing. He is dead. I'm looking at a dead man. “Luna, are you okay?” Mason’s worried face comes into vision between me and Emmet’s body. “This cannot be good,” I whisper as I focus on Mason.
