Dear diary- 03/04/2018
Guess what happened today-
I got bullied. They were like monsters. They just kept on beating me, that too, without any reason. Then they locked me in an old and dark classroom. I kept on shouting and begging them to open the door as I was getting so scared.
When I thought no one was going to help me, the door opened and a girl came inside. I was not able to see her face very clearly because of all the beating and shouting. I had blurred vision. But I could hear the panic in her voice after seeing me. She then rushed beside me and tried to pull me up to my feet. She then put one arm around her shoulder while trying to take me outside. This was the first time after my parents' death that I felt warm. I felt like a human. She then took me to the school's infirmary and that was all I remember before I fainted.
I want to thank her because if she had not been there I don't know what would have happened to me. Should I buy something for her?
Yes. I think I should buy something good for her. But I don't think I have enough money. It's okay. I will do one more part-time job, then the money will be enough for the gift. But then what should I buy for her?
Tears. Why the hell am I crying? I am not an emotional person, but reading all this makes me feel so many emotions at the same time, like anger at the bullies, sadness for Leo, and happiness that the girl reached the right time. I know I should be thankful to that girl for saving Leo, but deep inside, after reading that she was able to give warmth to Leo and how Leo wanted to give her a gift, I wanted to break that girl's leg. What kind of feeling is this that I am feeling for the first time? Is it jealousy?
No no no no. It can't be.
Then I looked at the time. It was 4 am. Oh no, it's so late. I have to go to work tomorrow, oops I mean today.
I woke up late but somehow still managed to reach school on time. I can't explain the emotions that I was feeling at that time as I was walking along the same corridor which I used to walk as a student but now as a teacher and seeing the classes in which I used to study and have a lot of fun with my friends brings back a lot of memories.
I then went to the principal's office and got my schedule. Nothing special happened during my first class. It was just a brief introductory class. Suddenly, Sir came inside the classroom and ordered me to collect the notice slips from the kids that they were given a day before. I went all around the classroom to collect the slips. Then suddenly my eyes fell on the table that was kept at the back in the extreme nook of the room. It felt as if someone was trying to exclude the table from the room.No one was sitting in it. But something written on the table caught my eyes. I finished collecting the slips. The bell rang and all the kids went out for their next class. I slowly walked towards the back table to see what was written on it.
