One day the boys pretended to befriend him, and they talked him into going on a one-mile hike into the woods. Afterward, the group of teens blindfolded him and left him out in the woods by himself. Albert spent three days in the woods lost and scared. He desperately tried finding his way back to camp hoping that the counselors were looking for him as well. However, not a single person cared that he was gone, and not a single soul went out to search for him at all. Luck would, however, be on his side, for he eventually found his way back to camp, just to realize no one even noticed he had gone.
