Lola's POV
The next day when I was to be discharged, Lyla, Avianca and Lotana were all present. They all doted on me and made sure I did not need anything.
After the doctor came into my room and said I could be discharged, Lyla gave me some clothes that I could change into. I know that they already know about my battered body but I did not want to see the pity in their eyes.
I took a while in the bathroom to gather my thoughts and composure, forgetting that there were mother hens waiting outside for me.
"Lola? Lola?" Lyla called out in a panicked voice. "Are you okay? Do you need anything? Are you having difficulties doing anything?" She called out again when I did not answer her at first.
"I'm fine, Lyla. I'll be out in a moment", I called out to her and that was when she stopped
