The tension between me and Selene was intense, it was even spilling over to the pack. Some thought that things would be better and that I would be in a better mood now that she was back but that hadn't been the case. They may not have had all the details about how she managed to get Steven and Lucas to turn on each other but the rumors were travelling fast. Steven was spreading these rumors while some were just fashioned out of thin air. that’s why I wasn’t surprised when the council finally made contact with me.
