SELENE’S POV The door creaked open again just after dawn, and a young omega girl stepped inside carrying a folded dress and a hesitant, nervous expression. She didn’t say much — just told me to wash up, change, and follow her. So I did. I had no idea what was waiting outside that room, but nothing was better than being alone with my thoughts. The hallway swallowed me the second I stepped into it. Everything in this fortress felt… massive. Too big, too cold, too ancient. The walls were carved from dark stone veined with silver markings, runes and symbols I didn’t recognize, glowing faintly under the morning light.
