Orthenius grabbed Xander’s shoulder and shook his head. “Leave her,” he ordered. “We can’t just leave her. She’s my sister.” “Last I heard you were not of the same blood. Why should you care? Would you rather stay here and die with the rest of the city?” Orthenius replied. Xander glanced toward Sasha. She was his best friend, his other half.
