“It means that you will have the lifespan of a full-blooded Droragorian. You will live ten years for every one human year, as Xia, I, and Dastan do now,” Julius replied.
“Yes!” Dorian exclaimed.
Dain’s eyes bulged. “H–Hundreds of years with Kara…” he murmured, glancing toward her.” She raised both brows, playfully gesturing at him. “I’m doomed…” Dain said.
Kara punched him in the arm, laughing. “Watch your mouth. You know you love me,” she replied.
Dain rubbed his arm, smiling back at her. She was right.
“The plan is to train through the day and tonight we will commence with the ritual. Now let’s get to it.” Julius informed.
