Ivan I followed her to the airport with my men. I figured at least 30 of them should do. And I watched her. Nibbling her nails. Clearly screaming on the inside. Waiting for some scummy fu*k to take her and do whatever he wanted. All for business. I watched as the jet pulled in. My men pulled up instantly. Drawing their weapons. And I lunged. Grabbing her from behind and dragging her into the bathroom. She was fighting. Hard. Good girl. And I should definitely not be turned on by this. But I definitely was. When she finally turned around, her eyes were fire. She was pissed. That's alright. She can turn that anger into something else later. "Ivan what the fu*k?!" "Bringing you home princess. I'll be sending your brothers men either home or to he*l depending on how they handle the next 10 minutes. And your supposed fiancé will be dealt with accordingly." "You ki*l my fiancé, you sign my de*th warrant you i***t!" Fiance? Ya by default. That fu*ker didn't give a sh*t about her. I'd be lying if my jealousy didn't also have a hand in how I feel right now. I didn't know the guy, but anyone bought a woman didn't deserve her. No one deserved her. Only me. "That's not your fu*king fiancé that's a predator. And I'll take care of him." She turned pale. Like really pale. And started breathing heavily, eyes glossing over. Was she having a panic attack? And then her eyes rolled back and legs gave out. I barely caught her. I checked her breathing and pulse. Fast but ok. I scooped her up in my arms and headed for my car. This probably would look really bad if people saw us, but I didn't care. Call the cops. I have them in my back pocket. I brought her back to the mansion. She was still out cold. I decided I'd get her set up in the guest room across from mine, so had Mikhail get it ready. I wanted nothing more than to bring her to my room, but I was already pushing the limits. I opened the door and practically ran into Veronica. Fu*k me. "Ivan! I've been waiting for you!" She looked down at Olivia in disgust. "Why? Don't you have something to do?" I sounded like an as*hole but I didn't care. The way she looked at Olivia made me want to harm a woman. And I didn't do that. But she was testing me. "Well, because I thought we could go to dinner. Maybe have some wine in your suite after." She practically purred. "Well we aren't. Since when do I take you out? Move. And find something to do." Her face morphed from fake hurt to rage. I didn't care. I brushed past her towards the guest room. She had better stay in her lane. I wasn't too worried about it though, I've seen Olivia throw down. And she was no novice. And not like anything she did wasn't hot, but that? That was hot. I laid her down on the bed and covered her up. I'd stay with her, but I needed to talk to Mikhail, my second in command. And also my closest friend. He had been with me since the beginning. Also a young man forced to do terrible things. When I ended my dad, he was the first to step up. He never went against me. But this might push him a bit. He was waiting for me in my office. Smirking. "Go ahead and say what's on your mind a*shole." "Just curious about my boss bringing home an unconscious girl, followed by pi*sing off the biggest wh*ar in all the land who happens to be stalking you. What gives?" "Shut it. She's under my protection now. Her piece of sh*t brother was selling her off. Cartel business." He sat back in his chair. I could see the wheels turning. "You're going to start a war over this girl? What's she got a magic pu*sy?" Those words really pis*ed me the fu*k off, but Mikhail never minced words. And I appreciated it. To be honest, I didn't understand what the he*l I was doing. I had this want, no, need to protect her. It wasn't just that I had felt her, been consumed by her. She had been there for my sister and my niece. They loved her. Adored her. He*l my niece would reach for her over me any day. "It's not that simple, man. I'd be lying if I said I have never experienced what I did with her wrapped in my sheets, but she's a good person. She's been there for Yelena and Valentina. He*l, my little peanut was named after her. She doesn't want our help, but she needs it. She fainted at just the thought of them taking her. I can't let it happen." He nodded in understanding. "I trust your leadership, Ivan. If you say she's good people that's all I need. Let's take down those sick fu*ks." He stood. "Get some sleep. Before Veronica comes knocking on your door." And she would. But now I have my girl home. So Veronica was going to have to latch on to another brother. Olivia I woke up in the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in my entire life. I didn't want to leave. And then memories flooded my head. Ivan. The jet. Holy sh*t I was in trouble. I shot out of bed like my a*s was on fire. Running towards the door. I flung it open and was immediately assaulted by the worst perfume I had ever smelt. Veronica. Great. "He wants you out. Go back to the MC. At least that's what he told me last night." She smirked. And I couldn't help but notice the bright red lipstick smeared on her teeth. Yikes I rolled my eyes. This girl thinks I give a single fu*k about anything she says. Jokes on her. "Ya, I really don't give a sh*t about what you say. Your boyfriend kidnapped me. So don't get pis*y with me. Get mad at him. I didn't ask for this. And Ill warn you this one time. I might not look dangerous, but I very much am." I shoved past her, slamming my shoulder into hers. She yelped. Jeeze. That wasn't even that hard. I headed downstairs to where I assume the front door is. I needed to get out of here and call my brother. Hopefully before he decides to do anything crazy. But I was about to find out just how hard it would be to escape Ivan.
