CHAPTER 16
For the next few days, Little Joe’s life was spent pondering the realness of reality and the nature of dreams. He fought within himself on whether his own actions had accomplished what was deemed a miracle by the public at large. Was his dad’s health attributable to his prayer? Was it attributable to the well? Was it attributable to that church? Thankfully, his dreams the few nights after were forgettable. They held no secret messages or horrific visions -- to his relief and sanity.
His father was quickly becoming stronger, and was almost back to normal in just a few short days. They anticipated that he would be released by mid-week of the next week if everything checked out and his weight was regained to a certain extent. The wariness on Little Joe’s heart and mind
