Camila gasped for fresh air, as she felt a huge weight lifted off her.
She was ready to push Edward away and make a run for the mansion and get inside at once.
She knew that once she would be inside, there would be no way that Edward would be able to hurt her.
But before she could’ve pushed him off, she felt that his weight was already lifted off her body and once she opened up her eyes, a scream escaped her lips as she found Lucas toppling Edward, throwing him down on the ground, holding his hands on each side of his head, pressing harshly on his wrists, forcing him to let go off the knife.
Lucas was simply silent, as he pinned the man down who was not only harassing his sister but also threatening her with that damned knife.
