"...I've saved the finalized program list for the welcome party on my computer. Sunny, please print it out tomorrow afternoon and distribute it to all departments. Alright, that's all for today. Thanks for your hard work, everyone. Go home and get some rest," announced Stephanie, the head of the Arts Department, as she stood up.
The entire Arts Department had been busy for a whole week preparing for this welcome party and tomorrow was the big day to see the results of their efforts.
As the meeting ended, everyone packed up and gradually left the room. Only one person remained seated.
"Zara, aren't you leaving?" Stephanie asked, patting her shoulder.
Zara looked up and gave a gentle smile. "You go ahead, Stephanie. I just want to go over the hosting script for tomorrow one more time."
