Derek's POV
"Excuse me? Can you repeat that?" I asked, my heart racing so hard it felt like it had jumped into my throat "Alyssa, is she okay?"
My eyes snapped to Haley who lay next to me, naked in our bed "No I'm not busy, I can come right away. I'll be there in ten minutes,"
Ending the call, I jumped out of bed and began to pull on my jeans. "You need to leave," I said to Haley, without making eye contact with her. I searched around the bedroom floor for the rest of my clothes.
"What's happened?" Haley asked, sitting up in the bed "Talk to me Derek,"
"Alyssa," I said with a pause, pulling on my jumper "She was attacked last night and has been taken into care at the hospital. I need to go see her,"
