Alyssa's POV
I had been with Travis everyday since he had been taken to hospital from his accident, and as much as I enjoyed being by his side, I wanted him home now. Back where I could care for him every second of the day, in the comfort of his own home.
I rushed back from this visit, hopefully the final visit. I was told by the Doctor that Travis should be discharged tomorrow, and as I pushed myself through the front door I felt my heart race with excitement.
I knew I had to prepare the house for Travis' return though, make the place extra comfortable for him and I planned on spending the rest of the day doing just that. My only focus now was Travis and getting him comfortable on his return.
