"Maeyah, are you sure you're ready?" Jenn asked me while I was facing my laptop, I will now announce it to my readers.
"Hi my love of my life! It's your @girlie here again! But now, I have something bad news :(, my mom got accident and I have to find a new job in order to sustain our needs, especially her medicines and her hospital bills. So because of that, I'll be inactive for a while, but don't worry because I will still update and I will still write if I have free time, Good bye, Love ya all and Take care! " I reread what I wrote earlier before I posted it on my social media account.
" Hey, it's okay, " Jenn tried to comfort me because I'm crying so hard now.
" S-sissy?! " Auntie Jenna suddenly shouted that made us very shocked.
" Wha-- Mom?! " I excitingly shouted too and ran to my mom.
'She's finally awake!'
" Auntie!!" Jenn shouted too.
" Jenn, call a doctor, " Auntie Jenna said.
"Mommy," I whispered before the doctor came.
"Let's talk outside of the room, let's leave her alone for a few minutes first," He said before we all followed him and left the room.
Auntie Jenna whispered to me "Sweetie, I'll just go and buy some foods," And I just nodded and smiled before she left us.
I looked at the doctor and asked him "I-is my mom okay doc?".
"Yes, but don't let her talk a lot because it will just make her tired," He explained while staring at me and while walking.
'Hmmm wow, this doctor is kinda cute.'
"Ms. Maeyah? " Doctor called my name that made me realize that I was staring at his whole face all this time.
'Sh*t'
"Oh gosh, I'm sorry," I apologized to him but he just smiled.
"Uhm by the way leave her for a few minutes for now, for sure she still have lots of questions in her mind and it won't help her if she will ask lots of questions like as what I've said that don't let her talk too much for now, she should take a rest for now, " He explained to me.
I cleared my throat and responded to him " O-okay doc, ".
" Okay so I'll go now and if you need help just call me, " He said before be left us, and I just smiled as my response to him.
I saw Jenn laughing.
'Why is she laughing? Oh my! Argh!'
"H-hey why are you laughing?" I asked her, pretending that I don't know the reason why she is laughing.
"Sis, I saw it," Jenn teased me.
"W-what are you talking about?" I said before going back to my mom.
"Tsss, you can't lie to me sis, I know you and I also saw how you stared at him," She's teasing me again.
"W-what? What do you mean?," I pretended that I don't know what she's saying about.
"You have a crush on him, right? Ayieee, well I can't blame you because he's cute though," She added while still teasing me.
'Jenn is smart, hell yeah she really is.'
"Tsssk, okay he's cute but I don't have a crush on him, okay?" I said.
"Why are you asking me?" She asked me.
'Huh?'
"What? I'm not asking to you," I responded to her.
"But why are you like asking to me when you said the word 'okay'?" She explained it to me.
'Tsss, this girl is really smart.'
I just laughed and said "Duh, it's nothing,".
"Tsss, look at your cheeks," She said while laughing.
"W-what? What do you mean? " I asked her.
'What is she talking about?'
"Hurry!!" She said while holding my right hand and bringing me to the mirror.
'What the h*ck.'
"Look at your cheeks! You're blushing until now!" She teased me again while still laughing.
'Oh my feels, argh!'
"Yieeee," She said while laughing.
"Ha - ha - ha - ha - ha, " I did a fake laugh.
"Sissy, you don't need to deny it to me," She teased me again.
'Argh, this girl will never stop until I finally say what she wants to hear.'
"Duh," I said while seriously looking at her.
"Hey! He's here! Hi doc! " She said while pointing my back that made me look at it.
'This girl!!!!'
"See? You have a crush on him!" She added while laughing so hard.
"No way?" I said while trying not to blush.
"You're asking me again?" She teased me again over and over again.
'Hayst, when will this girl stop?'
"No, I'm not," I seriously said.
"Hey guys why are you not in the room yet?" Auntie Jenna suddenly appeared while she holding the foods that she bought.
"Nothing Auntie hehe," I said and smiled.
"Can we go inside now?" She asked me.
"Maybe?" I responded to her.
"I believe let's go inside now, let's just not let her talk too much," Jenn said before we went inside.
"So what did the doctor said?" Auntie Jenna asked me while we're walking to get inside the room, and I just explained to her what the doctor said.
I saw mom awake when we got into the room.
"Mommy, I'm so happy that you're awake," I said while smiling.
"Y-yeah," She whispered.
"Mom, don't talk too much okay? The doctor said that it will make you feel tired," I said while holding her hand.
"Anyway, I have something to say mom," I added while my eyes is getting teary.
"Wh--," She tried to talk but I cut her words.
"I'll be having a new work, as a secretary," I explained to her.
"B-but---," She tried to talk again but I cut her words again.
"Mom, I'll explain it to you, you don't need to talk, okay? So yeah how about my story? I'll still continue to write when I have time, but I just really need this work because it pays three times than my salary of being an author," I explained to her again and she nodded as her response.
" Guys, I think we should eat first , you guys must be hungry now, " Auntie Jenna suddenly said.
" Yeah, " I said while wiping my teary eyes.
I'm now feeding mom while explaining what happened to her.
" Mom, I think I need to go now, I will apply for my new work, " I said and she just smiled and nodded as her response.
"Bye sis! Bye auntie! Please take care of mom and yourselves!" I said.
"Bye sis!" Jenn responded to me while smiling.
"Yeah you too, hoping that you will be hired as the ceo's secretary!" Auntie Jenna said before I left them and went to our house to get the requirements and dress up myself.
I started my car's engine and went to the location.
I'm finally at the outside of the building.
" Wow, " I said while looking at the building not until someone suddenly hit my arm.
