5. Help me to sleep

Nora POV

The man in front of me ‘Is he even real’. I start to check out his features without any shame or remorse.

His messy brown curls that reaches to his neck, he has oval shaped face where his chiselled jaw line is visible, he has a dimple in his chin ,I most commonly doesn’t find it attractive but seeing on him, seems perfect. He has a Straight noses which has narrow nostrils and it looks very appealing to him, his high cheek bone and thin pink, perfectly shaped lips are added bonus to his looks and lastly the magnetic attraction is his hazel green eyes with some blue strokes in it, it has depth and mysteries, I was staring his eyes for so long, I didn’t realise that he is also looking at me intensely, our few second staring contest ended, when Kori whispered into my ears, that he will take back his words on saying that Alex is the most handsome man he has ever seen in his life.

I broke my eye contact with the fallen angel and remembered the situation we are in.

“ Are you okay, are you injured anywhere.!?” I asked him again focussing on his body and even though he is completely dressed I can tell he has great physique.

“ it’s fine, am alright, just little scratches “ he assured in his deep manly voice, I like the depth of his voice. He has thick, alluring, alpha toned voice! One high pitch command from him, am sure the crowed will go silent. slightly I sense the familiarity in his voice, but am too distracted in admiring his features to remember where I heard such voice.

“Are you sure?, we can take you to the hospital if you want, don’t worry we will pay the bills too since its our mistake!” I tried to convince him to get going to hospital for safer side.

He chuckled lightly, it was mesmerizing to see his pearl like teeth to form into a smile “Am completely alright, I have survived more worst things, this is nothing ,trust me am alright as long as am breathing on my own.” he assured me with a smile.,

I went to check his bike, to see if any damage has been made so I could compensate by paying for the damages, obviously there were some great scratches, his tail light is broken along with his headlight protective glass too. These are all exterior damages ,I don’t known how much mechanical defect we have caused. It’s better to ask him how much he needed for the damages. So I turned to look for him ,but I saw that he is already looking at me , he didn’t avert his look , he watched me very intently., I couldn’t help, I could feel my blood rushing to my cheeks , I blushed just by his stares. And to my bad luck Kori saw that, he is giving me his naughty smirk wiggling his eyes, I can’t imagine the list of people he is gonna share this awkward moment with, I imagine myself face palming at my actions.

I came back to the present when the man said “Miss, it seems you have a dent here in your car, I think I should...” before he could finish Kori rushed to him “Am sorry, please don’t blame her it was my fault, I was the one who was driving, if you want to report it, then report it against me.”

The man seem little amused by Kori’s small intervention “you seem to have got a good friend here..” he said looking at me, ‘I know that ,I thought to myself’.

“Miss, thanks for helping me out, even though you hit me there were mistakes on my part too , I was too distracted while driving , so I didn’t see your car coming, thankfully am alright and I think it’s fine for me to get going”. he said genuinely and started to wear his helmet back. ‘Oh! No don’t hide your face.!’ Why did I even have a thought like this. Being confused, I acted to my instinct and stopped him from wearing his helmet, by placing my hand on it.

“you can’t leave like this your bike is been damage, I will pay for the repair” I told him.

“it’s ok miss, you don’t have to be worried on it , anyways am gonna leave it in junkyard in the next two days, not every scratch is made by you, it’s completely fine, you are in no trouble, trust me” saying that he winked at me with a smile, I blushed again unintentionally. Damn it, get a control Nora.

I noticed that the shirt he was wearing got torn, it gave me a thought. “ Atleast let me buy you a shirt,” I told him pinpointing to the region were his shirt is torn ,he was about to say that seems like this isn’t necessary, so I beat him before he could open his mouth “please, it will ‘help me to sleep’, or else I would be thinking of you all night.” I said it bluntly, for which he just gave me a smirk, why do I feel like I got caught!!

“Then I guess, I should deny your offer” he said it , biting his lips, preventing his smile. Gosh! Why does he have to look this sexy, involuntarily I blushed again to his words. “As much as I love the idea of you thinking about me, I don’t want you to feel troubled because of this silly thing, so yeah, lets get me a shirt.”

I felt relief and at the same time confused with his words, what does he mean, does he wants me to think about him? Or is he agreeing to get the shirt so that he doesn’t wants to think of him?. Fiddling with my inner questions, absently I gave him the address of the showroom which was just two blocks away from where we are and asked him to meet us there.

“Alright, I will see you guys there..miss..?” he wants to know my name. ‘Yayyyy.’ Again I face palmed myself imaginatively, focus Nora!!.

“ oh! I am Nora and this is Kori” Kori just waved his hand like saying hello and I extended my hand to him ,he reach for my hand with his gloved hand “nice meeting you Nora ,am Samael” he said

“Samael as the angel of death, the fallen angel?” it was Kori this time, the one who asked the question. Samael showed his all pearly white teeth and said “yeah!! Something like that, ok I will meet you guys ,in the showroom” with that he took off.

As soon as we entered the car , Kori smirked and asked “Really!? Shopping!? that too now?”

“Just shut up and drive” I told him hiding my anxiousness

He smiled, shaking his head “Whatever you say boss..!!”

And then he turned on the engine.
