"Why can she puncture my bubbles? She shouldn’t… she shouldn’t be able to do that…” He stuttered. "Why can she puncture my bubbles? She shouldn’t… she shouldn’t be able to do that…” Mary Jane repeated in a mocking tone before breaking in to a laughing pit, “Do you think this bubble can stop me?” She heaves out. “Don't make me laugh!” Out of fear Realk decided to send a series of bubbles miniature like giant he sent earlier. But even though the numerous miniatures can't stop her. Since she can control her blood, she can actually control the rest of the blood of her enemies on the ground. Her eyes are fixed on his and the only thing that separates them as of now are the bubbles he continuously sending her, but she just popping them. But even though they got distance from each other and she’s already dragging her leg, she was still persistent to get near him and no one can stop her from doing so. And because of Realk’s wound, he wasn't able to get away from her. And because of this, he's like waiting for his own death, as Death itself is marching towards him. “Don't come any closer! I said `Don't come any closer!” he screamed in fear as he tried to crawl away. Both of them are willing and ready, and both of them have something to accomplish, only difference is that. One is afraid and other one is driven by range. Mary Jane only looked at him deep in the eyes, as if she's telling him that he will not be able to do the same things he has done before. No one will be able to touch her children like what they did. And if it all goes down to it, she will rise from the dead and she will drag them all into hell. “I’m coming for you, Mister Realk~” she said in a sing-song manner before giggling like a mad person. Because of fear Realk Began to draw bubbles towards her, trying to capture her inside. But what he can’t understand is that she's just puncturing it all without even breaking a sweat, even though he has been using his power all his life and she is the only one who brought such utter fear to him. “Die! Die! Die!” he hollered repeatedly. Mary Jane dragged her own foot just to get closer to Realk, despite the fact that the pain it brought is unbearable for her. “Yeah, die… let’s die together~” And because of the man's wounded leg as well, he wasn't able to distant himself far from her. Until she's finally in front of him. Their blood mixed together on the ground beneath them from the severity of their wounds, but none of those matters. Realk’s thundering voice died down when she stood above him. “Hey, where’s your voice now? I thought you were yelling something earlier, what’s that again? I didn’t quite catch that.” She mumbled with the consistent sick grin. Realk wanted to say something but no words came out of his mouth and all his thoughts remains in his throat. “If you have nothing to say, let my blood speak,” she raised her sword above her head in an attempt to struck him down in one strike. But at this point, Realk finally got his tongue back, "B*tch, stop! I command you to stop. You are nothing more than me. And right now, I am telling you to put your sword down. I am higher than you! You should listen to. Me--" He didn't even finish what he was saying because Mary Jane butted in. “Do you really think that I care about your entitlement? You fool…” in that instant she has already given him the justice she's been seeking all this time, letting the warmth of his blood on her wash her conscience. But because of blood loss, just a few seconds after he killed him, she soon drops down on the ground. Finally, letting the solid blood weapon turns back to the liquid one and be absorbed by the earth, every wound on her body is screaming for attention but she has no strength to even listen to any of it. And all she could do as of now is to watch her daughter, fighting the skeleton man from a distant. "Blanche..." she called her name so low that it even barely considers as a whisper. Her eyes didn’t want to look away from her, but her eyelids are getting heavy the longer she watch her but even with the force that seems to be pulling her in to a deep slumber she fought it hard, but that invisible force is stronger. And in that moment, her last breath was the name of my daughter. On the other hand, Blanche is still busy prying off the skeleton man that seems to have no weakness at all, “He’s too hard to even cut down, but when I did, other bones immediately popped up, replacing the damaged ones!” she grunted in her mind. "You're good at it, young woman, you can even put up a fight that's good.” He complimented her as he keeps his composure while he bombarded her. “Come on, work for me." Cadill offered her a job. But Blanche only grunted at the thought of working to someone like him. "We can be the best duo and the mayor will surely recognize your potential. Your salary will be higher than mine. I assure you that." Cadill extended his hand as if he's going to take her hand. "Now, join us." But even though he's offering her a promising future for herself, she didn't even bother to listen to it or even think of it. What's in her mind is that no money can buy all the blood that has been shed. “Like hell I would join the likes of you!” she growled under her breath as she readied her stance. And this time, she is sure that she's not going to give up and that she will fight for the rest of the days until this skeleton man is dead. “Why are you so stubborn? Why can’t you just take the offer and everything will be over. You will have your own pieces of golds and silvers; the mayor will have the best body guard!” “The mayor will have the best protection? If that’s the case then she will live a longer life.” “That’s the point.” “And I don’t want that.” Her statement took the skeleton man in surprise she then tightened her grip on the shaft of Luxuria she whispered so low that the only thing that would definitely hear her is the weapon she's holding. “Please, just tonight. Give me the strength of Luxuria.” In that moment, she heard the same voice she thought she would never hear again. “Finally. You just decided to call me when your mother just died.” His sentence made her eyes wide open like saucers. “What?” She trailed. All her strength and courage flew out from her body. “What did you just say?” she repeated herself. “Come on, bro. Look at that way.” Luxuria whined childishly. “I thought you already know it, that’s why you called me.” “I see, so the woman is finally dead…” Cadill let out a small chortle, “so, technically, there’s no reason for you to be here. Why not join us?” but he was remained unheard. And there she looked at the location where the weapon is currently pointing, and there she saw the sight she would never want to see, but still expected. But even though she expected those things. She wasn't able to fully prepare herself. Because as a matter of fact no one can prepare themselves if they are going to face such circumstances. “Nunna?” she took a step closing to the location where she saw her. This results for Cadill to get curious, and because of that he looked at the same way she's looking at as well. “You know you can just—” he cut himself off for the same reason he got furious, it's when he saw his right hand, the most trusted man. Dead, lying on the same ground and in the same puddle of blood, along with the woman. “Realk…?” he muttered for he was stupefied as she is. Blanche can see from far away the figure of a woman. A body that is so shattered that you couldn't even recognize it. However, from all of those storms they've been together she managed to recognize it even in the dark and its state of the night. “Hey Nunna, is that you?” She asked with her voice trembling, trying to fake a laugh to ease the tension she's feeling. But even though how many times she called her name she's not responding at all. "Hey… Nunna, wake up." She kept on mumbling her name. "Hey, hey, hey, hey, I thought you need me." Luxuria suddenly butted in. "I thought you called me because you needed my help. Where are you going now? the enemy is that way." But his words remain on her because Blanche's mind is nowhere near them. Her eyes are fixated only to the woman that seems so familiar. She kept on striding to go near her but every step she took felt so heavy as if she's dragging the weight of the whole world on her feet. "Nunna, Nunna, Nunna!" Her slow pace of walking suddenly became a full blast running. She dropped on the ground in the process as she stumbled on her feet but she immediately gets back up and run towards her and when she got near her, she can finally see the face of the woman she already knows. She drops down on her knees beside her and her quaking hands hover above the face of the same woman she knew but she wasn't able to touch her that instant because she was hesitant. But when her fingertips finally touch the bloodstained face of her mother, she can't help but let out a whimper. A single whimper that doesn't even make a sound, her eyes are so dull and yet with the sadness she’s feeling, no tears escape from her eyes. "Wake up." She whispered as she caressed her cold skin. "Please wake up please, please open your eyes." After those words left her mouth, she cried, she cried to hard that not just the dam behind her eyes broke, but as well her voice. Her eyes are filled with tears that evidently cascading down her cheeks dropping onto the skin of the face of her mother. But the certain god is not aware of such feeling, "Hoy, oy, oy, oy, the enemies are coming, what are you still doing come and pick me up!" Luxuria shouted at her but she didn't even give a glance. "What the hell is wrong on this woman! Let’s go!" He grumbled as let the people trampled him on the ground. "Hey watch out you dim witted humans!" He yelled at them but none of them can hear him anyway. The war shouts of the enemies are slowly approaching Blanche however she didn't even bother to look at them because her focus is on the woman on her arms. And she only recognizes their presence when one of them yelled from a distance. "Hey you f****** b****come here!" At this point she looked at them with dead eyes her cheeks are stained with tears and she just tilted her head so she can see who spoke to her. "Huh?" "Don't pretend that you don't hear us come here!" “H-Hey boss, look at the dead bodies here… did she… did she do all of this?” one of the men said and this took the rest of them by surprise. “I thought we’re just here because there’s a fire, why there’s—” “Will you shut up!” Blanche can see their mouths opening and closing, she can tell by how wide it is they are yelling at her but she can't even hear a thing. Because of her lack of reaction, they stamp on their way towards her and when they're finally near her they yanked her away from Mary Jane, resulting for her lifeless body to drop back on the ground. She tried to reach out for her but she was taken away so she wouldn't even dare to reach her. She tried to call her name but she can't even utter other a single word, and because of this the only things you can do is to reach her hand to her even though it's getting far away. As the result of what they did she became angry and then she last out kicking the dirt under her feet as you tried to break free from their grasp. “Let go of me! Let go!” she hollered. “No! you’re coming with us!” When they finally got a hold of the now limp Blanche, they decided to go and bring her to Cadill, “Boss, here’s the woman…” but they were just ignored as their boss walked past them. “Boss?” they called him, but he just went to the place where his friend is. Meanwhile the children are running away with all their might, giving their all to do what they needed to do. And right now, they are in the middle of climb the thorny walls. Putting the rope of made cloth so the younger ones can climb using that. "Mildred, where sister and Nunna right now they should be here right now." Dean asked her as he helped the younger siblings to climb up. Mildred held the hand of Max and lift him up so they could stand above the walls, "I don't know where they are, as of now but we should get going for the sake of their sacrifice. We shouldn't let them get us because sister and Nunna’s sacrifices will be in vain if they caught us." "But still… they should be here at this moment…" Dean said. "Maybe I should get back and take a look." He suggested as he readied himself to go back, but he was immediately stopped. "Don't be stupid. What can you do if you went back there and saw them in a pinch?” Lino questioned his capability. “Just hurry up and help the others, we have to guide them all the way down as well." "I can't just stand here and worry about them." He insisted. "Dean, please listen to him and Mildred because that's what I thought so too. Sister and Nunna’s sacrifices will all be fruitless if they caught any of us." Stephen agrees with his two other friends. "We should keep moving." “But what if, just if… they needed a help?” Pand agreed with Dean, “what if they indeed need help? And they are just waiting for us to go back?” Dean looked at Pand in amazement for he wasn’t expecting him to side on him. His statement made the three of them paused and think about it. “Yeah, they could be really waiting for someone to help them.” “That could be true.” Stephen finally agreed to them and finally starting to have hope to go back, “but you will put us, everyone in danger.” “What? No. I will go alone, I will leave Pand here. He’s not going anywhere.” Dean said which earned him a frown from Pand since he sided with him but he will not let him go with him. “I promise, I will be careful.” Stephen stood up straight and looked at them directly in the eyes, “Let’s say you did your best to be as low and quiet as possible but we also have to calculate things from here. For sure enemies are coming for us and sister and Nunna are holding them off for our sake. If you went back and they caught you then that would be a bigger problem because we will never leave you. We will wait here until you arrive, but what if you never came back and instead those people who are searching for us came instead? It can be said that you brought them to us.” Mildred nodded with his idea, “That’s right, Dean. I know you’re worried about them, and we are too. But we have to honor their decision to save us.” Dean was not pleased from their decision yet he followed them with a pout. And after a while of climbing be part of the wall, they are now in the middle of climbing down to the other side which is technically easier but still dangerous. "Everyone, be careful. You might slip on the thorns and this will be dangerous." Mildred warned them. They are all getting a hang of it however they heard a sudden cry of pain. "Ouch! my hand gets stuck!" Ali suddenly screams in pain. "Help, help!" The loudness of her voice immediately caught the attention of the others. "Ali!" The three eldest called out her name. Lino and Stephen immediately went to aid her. "Hey, hey, are you alright?" Lino asks but then he immediately take back what he said when he saw her hand getting all bloody, "of course you are not what am I thinking." He grunted. "How are we going to get her hand out of this?" Stephen asked as he check up with the current situation of her hand. "It seems like she got stuck in the middle of two sharp thorns and if we pull it out her hand will surely get hurt." "Hurt is an understatement.” Lino grumbled. “Understatement? What does that mean?” Ali asked, her breathing is getting ragged the longer she is in there. “That’s… uh… nothing. We will think of something, okay?” “You’re not going to leave me, right?” she asked, fear is evident in her eyes. “No, we’re not going to.” Stephen reassured her as he bestowed her a smile. “Let's cut the thorns around her hand." Lino suggested before rummaging in his backpack searching for any sharp material. "The thin sharpened slate of rock should do the thing, isn’t it?" "I don't think so, but we should try." Stephen replied quite hesitating. "Am I going to get stuck here forever?" Ali asked with her eyes starting to brim with tears. "No, you're not." Lino and steven said in unison. "We are not going to leave you ok, so calm down, we’re going to get you out of here." They smiled at her and because of this Ali found new hope that they will be able to get her out of there. "Thank you." She muttered. "No need to thank us," Stephen said while Lino started cutting the thorn. But during that, Ali can’t help but flinched on the sight, and because Stephen put his hand over her eyes so in this case, she wouldn’t have to see. Lino managed to break the outer layer of the thorn but because of the thickness of the prick and its unusual hardness, the thin slate of rock immediately snapped out in just a couple of banging. "Sh*t the knife got broken!" Lino sharply hissed through his gritted teeth when the blade snapped and it graze above his eyes. “Lino, are you alright?” Stephen asked as he saw him with his left eye close and bleeding. “Yeah, this is nothing.” He then wiped the blood to reveal that his eyes are fine. Stephen sighed in relief, "I still have another one." He gave him give him another knife. "Here, use this we can use it both at the same time." Both of them proceeded to chop the thorn but still they couldn't able to cut it off because they are getting tired and they are not that strong. Their sweats are accumulating on the side of their faces and this was noticed by Dean and so, the said boy went to their side and ask, "Is it coming off already?" "No, not yet, this is far from getting her out." Dean narrowed his eyes and scan their current situation and there he found based on his analyzation that they can't do anything about the thorn since they don't have the right tool to cut it off. He furrowed his brows as he thought of a single thing to get Ali out. "We don't have choice then the tool we have right now can't cut this but it still can cut her hand." Dean stated as a matter of fact. The other two boys were shocked from what he said and as well as the little girl and because of this ally panic, "are you are you going to cut my hand?" She asked with her eyes filled with tears that are threatening to fall. Her expression brought dread to all of them. But even with that they can't give proper reply to her. Resulting for the youngest of them to ask again, "Hey… are you going to cut my hand?" This time her tears began to fall. When Dean saw her reaction, this made him realize that what he said was not acceptable. And he immediately takes that back, "It's ok now… i-it's ok. Don't cry now on we are not going to take your hand off." "But you said–" then cut her off since he doesn't want her to worry about anything. "I was mistaken I… I-I wasn't thinking right ok I’m sorry." He gives her a force smile. And then the three of them began to work with each other just to get her out of where she is while the rest of them remains on the other side of the wall, waiting for them so they could run together. On the other hand, Blanche’s mind is filled with negative feelings and enraged emotion as they kept on dragging her away. Her heart is currently oozing scorching fire of revenge. Resulting for her to lashed out and killing everyone in the sight, not sparing any single soul. “Luxuria!” she shouted on top of her lungs, so loud that her voice was surely heard from afar, resulting for an echo to return. And due to that the men were alerted so they waited for something to happen, but when there’s no reaction, they started to berate her, “What do you think you’re doing!” “I think she’s gone mad—” the second man wasn’t able to finish his joke when something struck him from behind which lead to his instant death. “What was that?!” “Oy—” another man was down. “Let’s get out of here—” the man who yelled which is the same man who’s holding Blanche also met his own demise. The other man who’s holding her as well finally let her go since they are getting scared. In this case, Blanche started to stand up on her own. “Hey! Get the woman—” Blanche didn’t even let him finish and hastily cut his head off like a hay. She doesn't care who is in front of her as long as she has only one thing in mind, she will not let one soul live. They started to run away from her, but she doesn’t let them get anymore distance from her. She used the technique she used before when she was looking for kids-- when they were training. In her imagination she is a dangerous spider and she is in the middle of her cobweb and whoever is inside her bastion is under her power. All those caught under her power were stopped as if they had a mysterious power that prevented them from moving. “What’s going on? why I can’t move?” the men shout as they see a painting-like under their feet. “What is this power?” “This is the power of Luxuria…” one of them muttered. “The power of what? What are you talking about?” “I’ve seen this before, forty-five years ago.” He muttered. “There’s no chance that we will live anymore.” “What the hell?!”
