POV: Elena We arrived at a three-story building with outdoor venues all around. The mall. I followed Mia and Serene inside, and the sheer number of stores stopped me in my tracks. Mia pulled us into Charlotte Russe first. The associate at the counter welcomed us and took my measurements, then directed me to a section made for my size. Mia started tossing clothes at me — pants, shirts, dresses — while Serene browsed on her own. I was in and out of the dressing room for over forty-five minutes, but I had to admit Mia had excellent taste. Everything she picked fit perfectly and brought out the curves Snow had given back to me. I asked Mia to put some things back, not wanting to spend too much of Roland's money. She ignored me completely and paid for everything anyway. We walked out loaded
